A state-of-the-art Samsung 75-inch television, compliments this view, tastefully encapsulated by a bespoke bookcase.

We offer complimentary access to our Linhay Netflix (4K Premium) and Amazon Prime Video accounts so that you will not be short of entertainment to view on your evening wind-downs. Each property has its own private Wi-Fi access point, so you'll be able to cast your YouTube videos and Spotify songs to the Television as well.

The kitchen is beautifully arranged, open plan, and offers a high-end Bosch induction cooker, as well as an integrated oven with built-in microwave. In the cupboards and drawers are where you'll find things like pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils and knives and forks, and a lovely handbuilt kitchen table area is where you'll enjoy your self-catered meals.​

There is a downstairs toilet opposite the back door, a cupboard which houses iron and ironing board, and a private outdoor garden space which is fully fenced with flowerbed and chairs to relax on.
